자녀무상교육을 진행하시는 분들은 한국에서 부모와 자녀 모두 안전하게 학생비자를 모두 받아서 갈 것을 권유합니다.
캐나다에 도착하여 교육청에 방문하여 무상교육을 위하여 필요한 서류 목록 안내해 드립니다.
<교육청에 무상교육을 위해 제출하는 서류>
부모 - 입학허가서, 학생비자
자녀 - 학생비자, 가족관계증명, 기본증명, 재학증명, 생활기록부 공증본, 예방접종, 부모동의서
부모, 자녀 여권
집주소
1. Application for Student Admission (will be provided by this office);
2. Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
3. Birth certificate / Family Register of child(ren);
4. Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax bill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
5. Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry into Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline ticket etc.);
6. Copies of letter of admission, offer of admission and/or proof of full-time registration at a university or college; or,
If taking ESL as a pre-requisite, we will require a copy of the letter of admission / proof of admission of same together with a copy of the conditional letter of acceptance from the post-secondary institution; and
7. Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Study Permits, Visitor Records and any other documents we might require.
